Planner - SPIR

We are seeking an experienced Planner – SPIR to join our team in Qatar. If you have a strong background in planning & scheduling scaffolding, insulation, painting, and refractory works — this opportunity is for you! ✅ Key Requirements: 🎓 Bachelor's degree in Civil, Structural, Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline 📅 Minimum 8 years' experience in engineering works (Petrochemical, Petroleum Refining, or Power Generation) 🛠️ Minimum 4 years' experience in planning & scheduling scaffolding, insulation, painting & refractory works ⚙️ Minimum 2 years' experience in Turnaround, Shutdown & Maintenance (TSA) activities 📐 Good knowledge of process equipment, scaffolding codes of practice & relevant British Standards 📄 Ability to read & interpret isometric drawings, PEFS, DEPs, scaffolding, insulation, painting drawings & minor plant modification drawings 💻 Proficiency in Primavera P6, SAP-PM, CMMS, Microsoft Access & MS Office 📊 Experience in resource loading, scheduling, progress monitoring, forecasting & progress reporting 🗓️ Ability to prepare 14-day, 90-day & 365-day look-ahead work plans using SAP 📦 Experience preparing detailed work packs & execution plans for small to medium-sized shutdowns 🔧 Ability to identify & plan materials, manpower, tools & equipment for work execution 🏗️ Ability to interpret lifting plans & incorporate lifting activities into work schedules 🗣️ Good English communication skills (equivalent to IELTS 6.0)
